Reservations

Here's what you should take into accont when booking accommodations, packages and greenfees. Feel free to contact us if you still have any questions.

Reservation

After your reservation, we will send you a confirmation – which is also your bill – and an itinerary by email. Payment of the first 30% of the total amount and the reservation costs is due within eight days. The remaining 70% should be no later than two months before the start of your holiday are met.

Reservation costs

To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not charge our administrative costs per person but per booking. You pay € 20, - per booking, regardless of the number of persons.

Note: if you have a discount voucher, we will charge no administration costs. You get this discount by subscribing to our newsletter.

Greenfees

No fees are charged for the reservation of loose greenfees or greenfee packages. On some courses, non-members of the Spanish Golf Federation are required to pay a surcharge for additional insurance. You can pay for this surcharge at the caddiemaster’s office.

Deposit

A standard deposit of € 150,- applies for all accommodation (except hotels), unless specified otherwise. You pay the deposit at the accommodation, after receiving the keys. In case of normal use of the accommodation, and after returning the keys, the deposit will be refunded upon departure.

Arrival / departure

Unless otherwise specified, you are free to choose your own arrival and departure days. As a rule, for all accommodations arrival time is after 15.00 pm, departure time is before 10.00 am. Exceptions can only be made in consultation with the administrator.

Airline tickets and rental cars

Airline tickets and rental cars are excluded from all of the holidays and packages that Costa Blanca Golf offers, unless explicitly stated and confirmed.

Cancelling

When you cancel your trip early, we offer you a compensation. See also the general terms and conditions. We recommend that you get a travel and cancellation insurance.
